The Broads are a network of navigable rivers and lakes in Norfolk and Suffolk, covering 200 kilometres (120 miles) of unrestricted cruising, with seven rivers and 63 broads, 13 of which are navigable, most less than four metres deep. Norwich is only a two hour cruise away, with its own yacht station and mooring right in the heart of the city.
Our moorings are situated just off the main River Yare, five miles from Norwich, with easy access to the train station and a regular bus service in the village of Brundall. All moorings have electric, water and pump out facilities, along with diesel and gas sales, an on-site toilet, large car park and slipway facilities including DIY maintenance. Winter lift-out is available with prior notice.
The boatyard is a working marina, generally manned five days a week all year round, with CCTV and security lighting covering the boat moorings.

Electric supply has an annual connection fee of £20+VAT, then 0.91p per unit plus VAT. Visitor moorings cost £12.00 per day or night, subject to availability and bookable in advance if required. Any permanent customer will be required to sign a marina contract and provide a copy of boat insurance and BSS proof.
